how do i send pictures from my email, to someones phone off my sidekick?

Email Picture from Computer to Cell Phone.
Attach pictures in a new email as always then insert the address

how do i send pictures from my sidekick to someone else phone, not there email. i have a sidekick 3. with internet ive tried to send it from my email, but it wont let me send it to a phone number,
