How do I sell a car for someone else? I have the title, but it is not in my name.?

My friend went to China and asked me to sell his car for him, here in Missouri. He gave me the title, but how do I sell it? Am I supposed to transfer the title to be able to sell it to someone or can I just sell it with the title in his name?
The back of the title is signed by him.
