How do I save this Notepad file to .html?

I'm in the process of making a website, so I'm using Notepad to help me out. When I'm about to save my file and choosing the type of file, I want to choose .html. But, it isn't there. You can only choose a .txt file. How do I fix this?
I cannot type anything into the box where you choose the type of file it should be saved as.

you don't need choose ,just type in box name of file like this:"title.html"

forgot one tip: use "notepad++" for editing html files,it's easy way,find on google for download sortware
