My PS3 hasn't been working right lately. The problem is with the hard drive and i have been told to format it which will erase all my files. I just need to know what i do to save the files onto a flash drive.
for games or game save data go to system settings / back up utility then select back up
you need enough free memory to back up everything
once you select the drive to backup to it will tell you what size is needed
