how do I save my fish?

My fish is floating and still breathing, I think she's dying. I don't know what's wrong with her. she's not eating anymore I have changed her water few times and no improvements. Yesterday she seemed like she was having a hard time breathing.
What should I do?
 
it sounds like your fish has sumfing wrong with its swimbladder its quite common u need 2 get it swimbladder treatment which u can get from any pet store
 
Make sure there's enough oxegen in the water. If it dosn't have a bubler swish your hand in their. Maybe it's just her time to go, they don't live long.

change 50% of the water...

what kind of fish?
what size tank?
filtered?
heated?
tank mates?
how often do you do partial water changes?
