How do I save a Ring-tone onto a Motorola Backflip through a text message?

My friend just bought a Motorola Backflip and she want a certain ring-tone for me. like a caller ID ring-tone. So I sent her a text message with a ring-tone attached to it. My phone (LG Dare) is easy to do cause when you get the message all you have to do is go to options and save as ring-tone. But I don't know what to do for her phone.
