I need either a code where i can fill in hexadecimal colors or another type
Alternately, i can make a slide show with the different colors as slides and loop it, but i need to know how to embed it so it runs in the background.

I prefer the second way because it's easier but either one will work for me

My best answer is that you should make an image animation. It sounds hard but easy. Also, it would be javascript.
