How do i root my T-Mobile G1?

There is no such thing as a "new" G1. Just follow this procedure and it will work. I did it with my G1 before I sold it.
 
I REALLY want to root my T-Mobile G1. I read the tutorials, but all of them are outdated. I have the new G1, and the requirement for the rooting process is to have the build number RC29, or RC30. But my build number is DMD64. Is there an way possible that I can still root my G1?
