how do i retreive photos from facebook in full size?

i doubt it. but thinking about it, if we're uploading them in full size wont facebook have the large scale image in its memory or database whatever? is there any way i can retreive them back in large scale? or view them in their full size on facebook and then right click save picture as.... help please, thanks.
