i have updated my Ipad to the newest IOS 5, i i lost all my very important school work i had documents on pages, as it said that I wouldn't lose it. Me, being a dumbo did not backup all my files! 
it is very important documents. I have rung the apple IT support and they did not answer my questions properly, I have also sent email to the support and they did not help either.
