I bought a brand new Sony for $700 dollars two months ago from best buy. Then I paid $400 dollars to get them to set it up and get the "black tie protection plan". Well now I have a VIRUS on my computer. They are telling me it would cost $200 dollars to get it removed, but (here is the good part) they are going to give me a discounted price of $130. The other option is for them reboot my computer using the restore disks I BOUGHT when I purchased the computer and it would still cost me $130 for them to do that. I have decided that I will figure it out myself. I'm NOT getting ripped off anymore. So can someone please explain to me how to use the restore disks to reboot my comp.? I have windows 7. Thank you!
