How do i restore my LG Chocolate 3 without having it turned on?

Okay, so i bought the LG Chocolate 3 awhile back and have had it replace many times. (It isn't a very good phone).
I went to Disney Land and Splash Mountain didn't exactly treat it nicely.
It worked for about 3 months then just wouldn't turn on.

It goes throught the "VCast" screen where it flashes and then turns to the "Verizon Wireless" screen, and gets stuck then just BOOM back to the Start and VCast thing.

Any idea how i could fix this? maybe restore the phone? or anything!?!
 
well I hate to say this but you phone has crashed. Im an ex-vzw technician and this is caused by the water damage done to the phone. I hope you have insurance on the phone because vzw doesn't replace phones with water damage. With you phone being stuck at the start up screen there is nothing you can do. you will not even be able to get your contacts or anything else for that matter off the phone. If by chance you downloaded backup assistance on the phone at one point in time you will be able to get your contacts, if not then there is nothing you can do. again im sorry to be the one to tell you but its better you know what you are dealing with then go into verizon blinded.
