how do i reset my tmobile from been used as an abroad phone?

I know the question sounds a little confusing but hopefully this may help you in some way.

I recently went on holiday to turkey so i wanted to be able to use my handset on holiday. so i rang up 150 which eventually let me use my phone out of the UK. Well I am back now from my holidays and I now want to change it back to normal so I cant use it abroad like it was before I rang 150.

Please help. or isn't there a way to change it back?
 
Call 150 and ask them to turn off roaming. A better alternative is to leave it as it is so that it can be used when you go abroad again.
 
Call tmobile and tell them to switch it back, or go on ebay or somewhere and get the unlock code for it if you where using a different sim card.
