How do I reset my Straight Talk phone that says "Service Disabled"?

After making a few phone calls and sending texts this morning my phone stopped allowing me to do this and "Service Disabled" popped up on the main screen of my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to have to call ST because I'll be on hold for 20 minutes trying to solve the problem.
