Franklin County Municipal Court? In 2008, I was involved in a criminal case in Franklin County Ohio. The charge was dismissed, and I need official court documentation proving this.

The Franklin County Municiapl Court has a great public access website, where I can search my case and see the results, but I need an official document from the court. I have tried every internet serach tactic I can think of, I've emailed them, I've tried to call them and waited on hold for 45 minutes.

How can I request documents from the court?
