How can I report someone with a fake smog test in California? I recently found out that my neighbor paid for a fake passed smog test because her car will not pass the test.
Normally I don't care what she does, but she is extremely mean to me and my family and I want some payback. I even caught her trying to get my gate open so my puppy would run away.
I've only been able to find out how to report centers that offer these crooked tests, but not the people who buy them. Her car is horrible, smokes terribly and leaks oil all over the street.
