How do I replace the turn signal switch in my 2004 buick park ave?

I have the multifunction switch. I am assuming I don't need to take the steering wheel off. But tilt lever in way and top of steering column cover doesn't want to come off. I really want to do it myself but I might be wrong. I can't seem to find any information about this for this car
