How do I replace the standard radio in my 07 Toyota Sequoia, not the JBL one...

...to one with a ipod jack or nav? I just picked up an 07 Toyota Sequoia. It has the no frill cd, cassette radio in it. At a minimum I want to put in one that has an ipod jack. I really like to get the navigation system but price is a concern. I always had my radio work done at Circuit City but since they've gone under I'm not sure where to go.
