I purchased a 93 Ford Escort for my wife as her first vehicle. It was cheap and figured it would be a good starter car for her. Picked it up for 650 and only thing it needed was a driver side window since the original seems to have been broken and removed and also the handle for the window seems to be broke off. I do not know much about car repair but I called a local junkyard and they had a driver side window for 35 bucks but I have to remove the window from the car myself. When I go to this junkyard, how would I go about removing the window and more importantly, how do I install the window in the car?
