How do I replace the coin holder in a Honda CRV reg 2000?

The coin holder to the right of the steering wheel (covering the fuses) has fallen out, I have found a clip on the floor but can't find where it attaches to the coin holder or dashboard. I can replace the coin holder without the clip but it won't stay closed. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
