How do I replace my verizon cellphone?

My parents bought me a phone from verizon with a 2yr contract. At first i liked the phone but then the touch screen got laggy and other people who had the same phone had a bad touch screen as well.

How can i replace my verizon cellphone? What will the cost be? Or..do i have to wait the 2yrs to get a new phone?
 
You need to call tech support and trouble shooting, if is still acting up by the end of the call they will FRU it (ie. replace it).
