How do I replace battery terminal on 1992 Honda Accord?

Im trying to install a new battery but the screw that is holding the battery in is stripped so I can get it off and the more I try the more stripped it gets. What should I do to fix ?

You'll have break, cut, saw the holding rod and replace it.A bungee cord , piece of wire can replace the rod temporarily..Dont' forget to keep your hands off your clothes 'till you wash 'em....
