I dropped my phone, and the screen cracked. About 40% of the screen is black in random spots. I could barely read texts and read the time on it.

How do I replace a cracked phone on Verizon Wireless?

2. If there are other lines on your account, and one of them is eligible to upgrade, you can use their upgrade.
3. You can buy a used phone from Verizon, starting at around $50.
4. You can file an insurance claim, if you have insurance. There would be a deductible for a replacement phone.
