how do i repair the rear window of a jeep wrangler soft top?

i put it down yesterday and it was cold today so when i put it up it cracked in two place i need to repair it and i want it to look good not duck taped or anything
i folded it down and it cracked if anyone knows how to repair it or were i can get just one rear window and the price that would be great
