how do i remove the vodafone software and just have the normal phone settings?

Hi Heather what you need to do is get your phone debranded what this does is takes all the vodafone software out of the phone & replaces it with the software from the manufacture of the phone i.e sony ericsson nokia etc just pop it along to a phone specialist or even 1 of these shops that sells & repairs 2nd hand phones & they should be able to sort it out for you & then there be no trace of the vodafone software keep that keep appearing on your phone ... hope this helps
