How do i remove the valve stem on my bike without a tool?

A spike punctured the rear wheel on my bmx bike, and I have a tube of sealant. The only problem is, I need to insert the sealant through the valve. The sealant box doesn't have any part that would let me remove the stem and I can't go out to a store and get one any time soon. Is there another way for me to remove the stem?
