How do I remove the rear turn signal cover on a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire?

The left back turn signal light bulb is out and I don't know how to remove the light cover or replace the bulb. How do I go about doing this?
 
lift up the trunk. on the side where the bulb is out, there is a srew that holds the cover in.
