How do I remove the rear seat in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

I'd like to remove the rear seat in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler but can't seem to figure out how. Is there a quick release?
 
Fold it forward and you will see latches that you can flip to release it and pull it out. Now if you want to make it permanant, as I did, you will find brackets that are bolted in using metric bolts. Remove the bolts and bracket then re-install the bolts to fill in the holes. Done.
