you shouldn't have to take the header off to remove the front sway bar....u should just be able to unbolt the endlinks but the header is what your talking about. spray some pb blaster on the rusty bolts, let it soak in then loosen all the bolts. make sure you get all new exhaust gaskets and tighten the bolts in a criss cross pattern
