How do I remove the dashboard on a 2003 Chevy Silverado?

I need to add to my stereo system (aftermarket, professionally installed), and I need to get to the back of the unit to do so. I'd like some steps on how to get in as easily as possible, without breaking anything.
 
not a great answer here and i apoligize in advance, but get a manual for it. it shows step by step instructions for most of the basics. i have the same truck, however, havent had the dashboard off so really cant help ya much on this one. i do reccomend a manual though. it has helped me alot with some other basic repairs and upgrades ive done on it. especially wiring.
