I tried putting a cigarette lighter of another car into my 2003 Honda Civic EX, it got stuck and when I pulled it out, this happened:

Pretty much, my entire cigarette lighter socket is ruined. I need to remove the panel [I guess! I really have no clue what I'm doing!] and remove the cigarette lighter in pieces, but I can't figure out how to remove the panel.
This is from my User Manual of the car, which gives no mention of the existance of this part:

Can someone give some advice on how to remove the lighter, or could someone share some instruction on how to fix this or how to remove the panel?. Thank you so much!
