I found an old road bike in my garage, and im trying to get it to look nice. But the rims have been spraypainted and the paint is chipping off, how do i fully remove the leftover paint? I tried paint thinner, it didnt work. ive been tempted to try some of the other chemical paint removers, but im not sure which ones actually work. any recomendations?
