How do I remove some stripped bolts from a hub / rotor on a 1993 Honda Accord?

While trying to take out some of the bolts on my 1993 Honda Accord I stripped 2 of the bolts that hold the hub on the rotor. I tried everything to get those bolts out but I can't. I tried a air gun, i tried some Irwin sockets, alligator sockets, I tried to heat the bolts, I even tried to drill out the center of the bolts for 3 hours and it still wont come out. Any other ideas on how to get the bolts out ?
