How do I remove PHP.NUKE toolbar from my computer?

I am using windows XP and when I downloaded Skype from internet ,this Toolbar was appeared on my firefox. please help me...
I already removed the skype and PHP.NUKE from my control panel. but still this toolbar is on top of my Firefox!!
Sorry!!
I could Solve the problem!!!!!

1- open the firefox.
2-goo to TOOLS
3- click on " Add-ons"
4- Uninstall PHPNUKE.
5- restart your Firefox
