How do i remove my motor from a 1987 kawasaki kx 80?

i have a 87 kawasaki kx 80. im trying to take the motor out. i got to of the three bolts that mount it to the frame off. the last one looks like it goes all the way through the swingarm side to side. i got a nut off one side and the other side i the bolt. it is giving me a hell of a time. does it need to be hammered out from the side already undone. and also does the rear sj=hock need to be removed sense it is connected to the swingarm dont really want to get snapped in the face by anything. thanks for anyhelp
