How do I remove car paint off my windows?

I just bought my Jeep a few months ago. The person before me must have had it up for sale for a long time because if you look in the right light you can see "4 SALE" on the back window with car paint. Here's the problem. It's not like i can get it off really easy. The paint is seriously like IN the window... everywhere. You can only notice it if you look really closely. But the yellow, blue, and white paint literally looks like it's inside the window. Imagine a ton of little tiny white blue and yellow dots all over my back window. And i don't know how I will be able to get it out. I've tried windex and a rag of course. Even a razorblade. Nothing... Can someone PLEASE help me...

have you tried getting it off from the inside of the jeep, the "paint" could just be on the inside of the window not the outside, so try to get it off from the inside of the jeep, the only reason i know of why they'd write on the inside of the window is so the weather doesn't get to the writing

a razor blade is the best and easiest way to get anything off of car windows. but it is very possible that if they used the wrong type of paint and it sat for a long time that it cold have stained the glass. or if its a soft top then it is most likely plastic and not glass, which really means that it is stained.

I was going to suggest a razor blade. If that isn't doing it, you might try Goof Off. It's a solvent that can remove almost anything, even dried paint. Be very careful not to get any on any other part of your car if you use it.
