(and bolts) from a 1990 Toyota Camry? I need to pull these parts for my P.O.S. 1990 Camry 4 cyl. What tools will I need? How the hell do I do this? I've never even changed my oil. : - D This just needs to get fixed A.S.A.P. because my tire is rubbing against my wheel well and affecting my steering and I don't have the money to take it to a shop. Can anybody list the steps to pulling these parts from a junk yard?

i agree with bob , however if u do try to do it
yourself shaft is locked with c-clamp hard to see dont forget to remove it , also look in craig list u may find some one who does this work at home for less the half the cost of shop

Only remove one CV half- shaft at a time. Don't remove the second shaft before you've replaced one shaft on the other side. You can't do this job based on your car repair experience you describe. I would temporarily use public transportation to get to my job and plan on buying a newer used car.
