car company put it in there when i purchased it, and it is supposed to disable the vehicle when a payment is late. Problem is for the last 3 days straight is has been shutting off my car for no reason which is a huge inconvenience. I have to call them to send a signal, wait 1-2 hrs before it starts and if it doesn't, i have to call back. Imagine having to do this on your way to work.. its the WORST. I've asked them if there was anyway they could fix it and they said all they can do is send a signal again...smh. so it seems as if they are leaving this up to me. I've researched goldstar's website, all they say is contact tech support and show how to install, but not uninstall the device.
