How do I remote view my Q See product with ATT router?

So I bought this expensive security monitoring system that is supposedly able to be viewed remotely. The problem is that I am suppose to unblock port 80 and 6036. I opened my router and unblocked the ports. I also tried a bunch of other ports. I then checked to make sure that they were communicating with canyouseeme.org it says connection refused, or connection timed out, and that I should contact my ISP. I called ATT and they said there was nothing that they can do. What do I need to do to get this thing up and running and not have to deal with someone that I can not understand very well.
