How do I refuse and Ipad from sister?

Go through an intermediary like your mom or dad or a mutual friend. Let them know that you heard she was getting you one and that you don't want her to spend that kind of money on something you really don't need. It may be easier to take coming through a third party.

My sister is getting me an Ipad for my birthday which is really sweet and I really appreciate it but I dont want one. I have an Ipod touch so why would I need an oversized one? I dont want to hurt her feelings but I'd much rather have the money that shes going to use for other things like redecorating my room, some new clothes, and possibly a new phone to repllace my crappy one. ha How should I tell her that I dont want an Ipad and I just want the money without sounding greedy I guess. For somereason I just find it wrong for me to do that to her. Or should I just get it and then sell if for the money?
 
well don't let her give it to you and sell it! haha! Just say why are you buying me an iPad I already have an iPod touch, or you can get your parents to taalk to her!
