How do I redeem my "£10 Airtime" with my Nokia 1661?

I bought this phone from Amazon UK

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nokia-Orange-Prepay-Including-Airtime/dp/B002L6G8SO/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

and it promised it came with £10 free air time, but after registering, I have not received this, and I can not work out how to do this.
