How do I recover photos lost while transferring from PC?

put the cd into your disk drive
open my computer
open the cd; do not play it OPEN it
you should see files on the cd

if you cant find them there im sorry but i think you have lost them
but you could also try searching for the files...
go into the start menu
select 'Search' which is found underneath 'Help and Support' and above 'RUn'
and follow the prompts

I accidentally cut and pasted photos from PC to a CD instead of copy/pasted and the images did not successfully burn to the CD. Now my photos are gone from my PC and cannot even be found in a trash bin. My camera automatically deletes pics when transferring to PC. Is there a way to recover any of the pics?
