How do I recover my images that I put in the Trash on my Mac?

I tried looking for a screen-shot I took and I accidently dragged it to the Trash can
( Retarded me ). I tried searching but I couldn't find it. Is there any way I could find it
or restore it back on my mac computer?
Ugh, damn thing didn't put this is Computer
