How do i record songs on my samsung rant and set it as my ringtone?

i also dont have internet on my phone.
i have tried recording songs on my voice memo and there isnt a "set as" butten as well
is there any other way i can record songs on my phone and set them as my ring tone?
oh and i dont have anything to connect it to my computer with
 
first of all there is a couple ways record it under sounds then cend it toyourselfthen if you can reiceve it the click opition then click save as ringtone then go to ringtones and rename it
