How do I record music (via MIDI cable) directly onto Adobe Audition?

All I want to do is this: Play my piano music into my laptop (via USB) and have Adobe Audition 3.0 record it as I go along, so that when I'm finished, my song is all recorded. Thats it. If you could tell me how to do this, I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance.
