don't ever tell game company your ideas because if you do and they hear your idea they can take your idea and use it and you won't be able to prove that it was your idea just make sure you have it written down and if you do see a game company have a lawyer cause like i said they can say no to your idea and then use it and say they came up with it and you wont get payed.
