how do i rearrange contacts on my htc hero phone?

i've just got this phone, lover it, except it has rearranged my sim contacts in surname order. I want contacts to be listed alphabetically by first name. please tell me how if at all possible, thanks

The Terminator: It cant form complex machines, guns and explosives have chemicals, moving parts, it doesn't work that way, but it can form solid metal shapes.
John Connor: Like what?
The Terminator: Knives and stabbing weapons.
