How do I put together a professional portfolio to show for a Graphic Design job?

I have a bunch of works, but not really sure how to organize it professionally. I'm talking about a portfolio to show and discuss during an interview. What are some stores that might carry things that I can put it together? What are some ideas of how to present it in a professional manner? Any advice, tips, or websites will help.
