A lawyer probably wouldn't take the case - not for a max settlement of around $400. You might take them to small claims court, or whatever its equivalent is where you are.
they do seem to have a rather expensive site up - if it works. Try using the site when they have operators on-line.

I ordered a PS3 and paid $400 for it, they charged my card and it's not here. They gave me a FedEx tracking number but didn't give the package to FedEx. I know because I called FedEx and that's what the FedEx rep. said.
They haven't returned my phone calls and they haven't emailed me.
I ordered it from Knightsgamingrepair.com, if you have any info. please help.

File a complaint with them
Write a letter to the company, send it certified mail return receipt requested. Include all details, tracking number, date of order, etc. and tell them you will turn this over to an attorney if they do not respond at once
