First of all you need to have a player on your phone that will run with windows media player. On my Palm Centro I have ptunes and it works with it. All you have to do is get a sync cable to hook up from your computer to your phone. Plug it into both your computer and phone and get into your music player on your phone. Then go to windows media player on your computer and hit the sync tab on the top row of options. Then choose the songs you want to sync to your phone and right click on them and hold the button down. Drag them over to the sync list on the right hand side of your screen once you have all the songs that you want to put on your phone hit start sync on the bottom of the sync list and you will start to see it syncing it over to your phone. Don't pull out the cable to your phone until it is completely thru syncing or it can cause your phone to crash if done to soon. Once it says that the sync is complete you can pull the plug out of your phone and enjoy your music on your phone. I hope this has helped and God Bless!
